The simple fact is that year on year sales are down, and our bespoke service has a lot of costs and takes up a lot of time and resources which makes the service unprofitable.
We're currently planning on taking the last orders in March 2026. We are however going to limit those orders to 20 units just so everyone has a good chance of stocking up while they look for a new supplier. Please note, it's going to be a first come first served situation so we won't be able to guarantee a 2 week turnaround. When you place your order we'll send you an email to let you know when we anticipate it to be completed but please allow up to 2 months if we get really busy.
There's plenty of alternatives out there if you do a search on Google for 'branded personal trainer log books', and if you have ordered from us before and would like your cover design then feel free to email and we'll send over the design for you to use with your new supplier.
Although we're closing our customisation service, we will continue to sell our non-customised gym diaries here. We're planning on bringing in bulk pricing and more cover options, so keep your eyes peeled. They will be cheaper per book than our customised ones as well. They're the same great quality as the books here but without the branded covers and intro page.
We have closed our free sample service, so you'll only be able to place an order if you have ordered from us before or received a sample prior to us closing.
We've made a number of changes to this service over the past couple of years to try and keep it going but unfortunately they haven't worked. We know that this will be sad news for a lot of our loyal customers but as a small business we need to sometimes make decisions that allow us to continue, and the time is right for us to focus on our non-customised stationery.
